The line offers an independent as well as a combination or “combi” Cockpit Voice and Flight Data Recorder (CVFDR), each with an internal Recorder Independent Power Supply (RIPS) option. Weighing less than 9 pounds, the lightweight and compact models are the most advanced and convenient recorders available today.
